Andrews Properties was formed in 1988 to develop, build and manage residential and commercial real estate.

These properties are located in and around the metro Atlanta area.

James M. Andrews, Jr., the President of Andrews Properties has over 20 years experience in the development and construction business. Prior to forming his own firm, he was a principal with two large national development firms who were engaged in the development of multi-family housing throughout the United States.

The construction division is J. Andrews Construction Company, Inc. This division has built over 3600 multi-family units, medical office complexes, industrial office/warehouses and several up-scale single family developments.

The property management division is In-Town Land Company.

In-Town Land Company has managed over 3600 multi-family units, three office buildings and one office/warehouse.

In-Town Land staffs these properties with on site management and maintenance personnel to assure their proper and efficient management.

In addition In-Town Land prepares monthly operating statements, annual reports and budgets for the properties. It schedules, contracts and supervises major maintenance or renovation projects on the properties.

In-Town Land prepares or coordinates the preparation of all special one time reports which may be required by the ownership entities of these properties.

The In-Town Land Company management personnel has over 50 years of cumulative experience in the property management field.
